The Possum Point Players Radio Theater reads old-time radio plays at monthly meetings and performs in public, reenacting old-time radio shows for audiences throughout the lower Delaware area.
Our monthly readings occur on the second Wednesday of the month at Possum Hall in Georgetown DE at 7:00p.
Everyone is welcome, whether or not you have had any acting experience, and all attendants take part in the reading. We read a variety of scripts, from comedy to drama, mystery, and the whimsical, and have a lot of fun doing it!

REWIND: PPP Radio Theater ZOOM-ed Into Lewes Chautauqua 2020...
PPP's Radio Theater Company performed at the 2020 Lewes Chautauqua program again this year. The program was presented via Zoom on Thursday, September 10 at 6:00p.
The program included an introduction to Old-Time Radio, the comedy feature story, Blondie Demands a Refund (1944). A short, Fear of Flying, closes out the program.
Actors include Andrew Hertzberg, Carole and George Mason, Marilyn Ransom Noeller, EJ Panico, Andy Rollman on sound, Peter Schott, Jennifer Schultz, Gina Shuck, and Bernie Noeller. The show is directed by Marilyn Ransom Noeller.
At our live performances, we create the atmosphere of a network broadcasting studio complete with microphones, sound effects, and transcribed music. We perform at the annual Lewes Chautauqua Tent show and travel to senior and community centers, libraries, and many other venues across Delmarva, and are usually booked months in advance.
Old-time Radio refers to radio programming from the 1930s to the 1950s when, before television, radio was the major source of live entertainment, news and information to millions of homes around the world.
Recorded Performances: You can hear us on Sunday evenings at 7 pm on Radio Rehoboth, FM 99.1, or live stream us at radiorehoboth.com
Arrange a show for your organization, please call our booking manager, Peter Schott at 202-425-0579 or you can email Peter at dc2de@aol.com
