THE STORY
In this hilarious Christmas classic, a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman kids – probably the most inventively awful kids in history. You won't believe the mayhem – and the fun – when the Herdmans collide head-on with the story of Christmas!
This delightful show is adapted from the bestselling Young Adult book, and has become a holiday staple for groups across the United States. The crowd-pleasing comedy features plenty of great roles for children and adults, a few favorite Christmas Carols, and lots of laughs.
Those needing more information, or are unable to attend the audition but interested in auditioning, please contact Marge Ventura at 302-463-4703.
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is presented through special arrangement with
Concord Theatricals (www.concordtheatricals.com) on behalf of Samuel French, Inc.
Possum Point Players values diversity and inclusion in casting, and in all other areas of production.
The show is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with
the National Endowments of the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on DelawareScene.com.
